Since all our products are entirely digital and delivered over the internet, there is no physical shipping, no courier, and no delivery address required.

1. Complete your payment via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
2. Payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address
3. Your account is activated instantly and automatically
4. Log in at tooldee.app using your registered email
5. Your chosen plan features are available immediately

4. No Physical Goods

Tooldee does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, hardware, or tangible products. All subscriptions, upgrades, and purchases on tooldee.app are for digital software services only. Physical shipping charges, courier fees, or delivery timelines do not apply to any Tooldee transaction.

5. Access Issues After Payment

In the rare event that you do not receive access within 15 minutes of a successful payment:

• Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email
• Ensure you are logging in with the same email used during payment
• Contact us immediately at hello@tooldee.app with your payment reference number

Our team will resolve access issues within 1 business hour during working hours (Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 6 PM IST).
